I am new to candles, where do I begin?

Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch within 5 working days, this may de delayed however if the order is big or if there is a bank holiday as we do not ship on bank holidays or weekends. Equally our shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and number of boxes we are required to ship.

If you need to return an item please get in touch with our customer support team at support@thenordicway.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. Returns must be requested 14 days of receiving your goods, the items must also be in their original packaging.

Damaged Goods

We cannot take responsibility for damaged goods as that is the responsibility of our delivery partners. If your package arrives damaged please contact them and send us an email and we will try to support you.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on purchases over £100.

Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, they are. We only use fragrance oils that are vegan and cruelty free. This is a big part of our values that we will never move away from.
